Customer Loyalty
In the vast technological world, creating good relations is a key element to achieve success. Moreover, companies inclined to selling products and services to consumers play great roles of satisfying their clients so as to achieve significant profits (Pearson, 2016). A good example of a firm that enjoys loyal clients is John Lewis Company, which acts as union of many branches and is located in the United Kingdom. John Lewis Company operates under three main segments namely Waitrose, John Lewis and the Partnership Services and Group (Alinsky, 2017). The company’s stores provide clients with an array of products ranging from home equipment, garden equipment and products, electrical, sports, baby products and beauty products. In as much as the company boosts of having large stores that serve many clients, the firm puts more focus in strengthening client loyalty which is the primary catalyst to trigger huge profits
